The Postures are divided into three educational sections:
Section one: Detailed commentary and movement of each posture. .
Section two: Full demonstration of postures 1-7 set to a relaxing sound score.
Section three: Devoted to practicing each posture individually with music.

A dynamic, seated exercise routine to rejuvenate the body , relax the mind, excite the spirit, while harmonizing your yin and yang. Seven Heavenly Postures : are a series gentle choreographed movements designed to facilitate the increase blood flow throughout the body , loosen and lubricate the joints of the upper limbs ,spine, and hips, while massaging the internal organs, as it increasing qi flow to the meridians of the head upper torso and upper limbs.
Seven Heavenly Seated Postures, nourish our total being by stimulate the blood flow and qi circulation of the 12 meridian vessels. The postures incorporate relaxing gentle breathing, stretching , choreographed moments that massage the internal organs, stimulate the immune system, and facilities the lubrication the spine and upper limbs; while easing the mind, revitalizing the body, and harmonizing the five major elements.
Before beginning the postures , we need to relax, cleans and open of the Laogong point, followed by a 3 minute meditation during which eases of the breath, relaxing our thoughts, as we begin to regulate the body.
The first posture, ‘The shower of heavenly light ‘ is a preparatory posture where one mentally washes away blockages and impurities of the body, mind, spirit and 12 vessels.
The second posture, ‘Breathing in the Universe’ begins with expelling of the impurities from the lungs,
then collecting downward spiraling energy and mentally leading it throughout our the 6 meridians of the upper limbs and the body. Then regulating the qi flow to nourish our 12 meridians and vital organs; and finally gathering qi energy and encouraging it’s storage in the lower dan tian.
Third posture, Harmonizing yin and yang: This wonderful posture stimulates the regulation of the 5 elements, while gently messaging the internal yin and yang organs. The posture improves circulation of spinal fluid, and joint lubrication of hips, shoulders, arms, wrists, and neck. The posture increases blood flow and qi throughout the upper body, while assisting the regulating of qi flow of the 12 vessels.
Forth Posture, ‘Harmonizing with the Universe’: This posture encourages the qi flow of the 12 vessels to create a sphere of guardian qi. This is a dynamic posture arouses the qi flow from the lower dan tian and facilities the ascending qi up the torso and out of the finger tips. Allowing unhindered blood and qi flow rise to the skin and rejuvenate the body mind, and soul.
Fifth posture, Baby frog swims within the shadow of the Roc. This is the first of the two refreshing postures intended to and release excess qi and stress that may have accumulated in 6 vessels of the leading to the fingers and vital organs (heart, lung, pericardium).
Sixth posture, ‘White Crane dips its wing’: is the second refreshing posture intended to and release excess qi and stress that may have accumulated in vessels located around the torso and heads, and abdomen.
Seventh posture: Sitting meditation: This posture is designated as the final regulating posture.
Sitting with legs crossed and hands in the lap. We consciously review and relax from head to toes. Observing our calm gentle breath as we inhale and exhale, easing our body and spirit, as we complete our final posture.
